After playing in college and independent ball, Bobby got into coaching and has worked with hitters of all ages from 7 year olds to MLB MVPs. He has coached travel teams, high school and collegiately.

A former facility owner, Bobby is tech-forward and is currently building Pelotero to help coaches and players use data to develop players.
