I LOVE BioTrust Collagen! I have used it in my coffee every morning for about a year, and it has transformed my hair- it doesn't break anymore, and my stylist even noticed the difference in my hair's strength. My nails are definitely stronger, too. But what I notice more than anything is my knee joints are so much better! If you try this, you have to give it a while to see a difference, like a few months, because the change is not overnight. I would recommend this to anyone.
I love this collagen! Especially that it has 5 types! Been using it for a while and will continue to do so…Mixes really well in my protein shake. No clumping and no taste. Obviously I get the unflavored. Just my personal preference. I do highly recommend it!
