Don’t do it
"I ordered three dresses two for my birthday and one for an event three months away. I only received one of my merchandise that I ordered. I was wondering why I pay for three things and only received one. Why are they shipping one at a time? I told them I needed my dresses by a certain timeframe. They said sorry for the inconvenience and they offered me a discount. I was like I don’t need a discount. I need my dress and I still have not received it and it’s past my birthday and it’s past the event and I have not received my refund for both dresses."

Outstanding Service on a Rush Order
"I needed 2 custom lapel pins made on a tight timeline, and this company delivered beyond expectations. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish, especially Jennie, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Even with the rush order she paid close attention to the artwork proofs and made sure everything was perfect. Communication was clear, fast and professional the whole way through. I’ll definitely be using them again!"
