Customer Service that goes above and beyond ! We had a bit of an emergency and required a cement mixer pretty quickly. The Charles Bentley team were professional, friendly and efficient and really helped us out of a whole. Unfortunately sometimes things go wrong with deliveries that are outside of our control, but the team at Charles Bentley came to our rescue, sorted the problem and it was delivered at 8am the next morning, ahead of schedule. Thank you to the team there, they need a shout out for ensuring we had what we needed, when we needed it. First Class Customer Services and I will definitely be buying from there again, although hopefully next time it won't be quite such an emergency !

The swinging bench I ordered looks great, but sadly it only half of it arrived, and the second package was a hammock I hadn't ordered, so I now only have a bit of a bench, and have had no reply from their customer services team about the rest of my order as yet.

The quality of the product is fine but the manner in which my order was delivered needs some serious review by CB. The large packages literally dumped on and obstructing a common driveway and left for any passersby to take. The boxes have several holes in them which would suggest rough handling despite all packages clearly being labelled as fragile.
