The hotel was my parents choice as they have stayed here many times. Having had the friendly experience of your staff from front desk to breakfast and restaurant, I understood why. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and very polite they couldn’t do enough for us ….but Annette O’Leary was hands down fantastic. Your hotel and apartments are fantastic equipped with everything and located in an amazing part of killarney and the staff are very attentive even in these difficult times … We truly enjoyed our stay and will 100% be back and recommend
