The good news is that walking can strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Just like any other muscle, the best way to strengthen your pelvic muscles is to use them.
My 3 children all do weights and now so do I! I’ve incorporated my kegel weights into my morning shower routine and find they are easy to insert, feel comfortable and give me a focus for doing my pelvic floor exercises. The smart packaging and bright colours definitely make it all seem more glamorous!
Highly recommend!
Great supportive group
Julie who runs it is excellent at what she does!
I was talking about it to my consultant who was very impressed how much its helped!
Thank you Julie and group.

I have always tried to do some sort of pelvic floor exercise, I had a tough time on My 3rd delivery and my last !!! I was kept in hospital for 5 days and only released because it was Christmas Eve ! I started back to teaching classes and it all felt so heavy and aching down there, so have tried everything now I found that the weights have been fantastic because I can feel my pelvic floor working. The biggest change is the pressure on my pelvic floor is 90% better and I have no constipation !!!
A fantastic closed group where you feel safe to talk about the pelvic floor problems personal to you and feel very supported by Julie and other group members. It has made me realise that the subject should not be a taboo because information is power.
By spending 15 minutes per day I have learned and understood a lot about my pelvic floor. I’ve learned how to easily incorporate the kegels in to my daily life without it feeling like a chore. I’ve learned different types of exercises and stretches and how to add kegels to those too.
The challenge is inspiring and I think I’d like to take part again.
Thank you Julie
I can’t express enough how wonderful these Challenges are! Each one I have done has been fantastic. The best way to remind us that Kegel exercises are for life.
The other ladies in the group have been so wonderful, sharing our thoughts and experiences, no embarrassment as it is a closed group and that is worth so much.
But also it’s given me the confidence to talk to others about something that can so easily be ignored. Thank you Julie for all your hard work! Can’t wait for the next one 😍
This is my first challenge and have enjoyed every day, nearly finished this one and would recommend you try it. Julie posts every morning at 6am, a daily challenge with exercises you can incorporate into your daily routine, as well of usual knack, slow and fast Kegels which you do daily to improve and maintain your pelvic floor. I bought the weights which I use just once a day and slowly increasing the time I can hold them in and what I can do with them, Ie move about and keep them in before I move up to heavier weights. Julie is encouraging and so are the rest of the group and you realise you not alone and lots of other women also have the same problem, but you can fix it with perseverance and just 15 minutes a day. You have to be patient and work with your body, and realise that some exercises will maybe not be right for you, but you can change or do something else instead. Would fully recommend you give it a try, what is there to lose. You deserve to put yourself first and look after yourself. Just 15 minutes makes a difference.
Julie's challenges really work. I have completed three which have been varied and interesting.
The group is supportive emotionally as well as sharing practical problems.
With Julie's practical help and encouragement my problems have really improved so I can relax when I'm out and sleep so much better.
This is a wonderful opportunity to get your pelvic floor muscles working. Julie guides us through the activities (only requires 15mins of your time a day) with superb knowledge, giving us brilliant tips along the way. It's fun, informative and with great participation from a group of like-minded women - what's not to love?!!
When you apply to join this special group, Julie takes your medical history into account.
We women are very good at putting everything before us. Our parents, our partners, our families, our work. I had managed life with a prolapse for 15 years before eventually having major gynae surgery in the summer of 2023. Unfortunately it revealed that my bladder had been kinked by the prolapse and had lost its mojo.
Medication helps, but Secret Whispers has really given me a much-needed boost. It is a series of exercises which focus on the pelvic floor and on our inner child.
Every morning Julie posts that day’s exercise on Facebook, along with a full demonstration and explanation of how to do it and how it works. We are encouraged to be proactive and Julie answers each comment personally. We all encourage each other and use our personal experience to guide others.
It doesn’t matter if you’re unable to do that day’s exercise, so long as you do the Knack, the basic but most important pelvic floor exercise, at least 3 times that day.
The only downside I can see is that I’m not sure how it works if you’re not on Facebook.
I have really noticed an improvement since starting this challenge and we are only half way through. Julie and all the other ladies in the group are lovely and very supportive. I have invited a number of friends to follow her website as I really do feel it can help everyone. Julie also holds talks with other health professionals with regards to women's health. E.g cervical cancer and menopause specialist.
This is my fourth challenge and I can honestly say that it one of the best that I have taken part in . The group is so supportive and it’s fabulous to be able to share ‘intimate’ details on this platform that have previously been difficult or embarrassing. Anything goes and there are so many other ladies experiencing the same challenges that I have . I suffer from a bowel prolapse but since joining the challenge this time round I have started to notice an improvement. This is so encouraging. Julie and her team are amazing and are always on hand to offer advice and encouragement. I will be signing up for the next challenge where my goal will be to keep my secret whispers in longer . I have recommended the programme to a couple of young mums at my VIBE class who are struggling with leakage . Thank you for dedication and hard work in improving women’s pelvic floor health
I think it’s well-made, I like the fact that you can actually develop strength in your pelvic floor, even though people say to you to do pelvic floor exercises, having something like this helps you to actually do the exercises, what you’ve got to do etc.
I discovered these pelvic floor weights whilst researching on the internet. I have been diagnosed with a vaginal wall prolapse and I am relative young at 52 so a bit of a shock. I was prescribed HRT cream and added to a NHS waiting list for physio. I took the matter into my own hands and downloaded the squeezy app and purchased these weights to accompany them. It’s been a strange sensation to begin with, but you get used to it very quickly. I found it best as suggested to pit them in first thing in the morning as I have a busy life and would forget otherwise. I can’t say they have worked yet as only on the first month.
After taking part in 4 challenges I can honestly say they are well worth the money. As a group we support each other through comments we make after each day's exercise and Julie answers questions and offers support so quickly. There's lots of information and live talks and there's always something new to learn. To sum up the challenge is fun, enjoyable and your pelvic floor will thank you for taking part. If you are thinking about the next challenge and you want to learn how to do Kegel exercises effectively join now. You'll be in great company. I am so glad I found Secret Whispers and Julie is just wonderful.
