There will never be enough words to express our gratitude for you allowing us to do what we love. Your patronage and support for our website and the operation behind it bring us so much joy every single day and there is no way we could ever do this without you!

Our vision of NotaryStars.com has superseded our wildest dreams in just under three years. When we initially opened, we wanted to become a modern directory for the general public to find and locate Notaries near them but we also wanted to offer up-to-date training videos to Notaries Public & Loan Signing Agents so they could provide our directory users stellar services. As we launched our very first training videos, which are now located in our free training library, the messages began pouring in with Notaries from all over the country thanking us for such in-depth training and it prompted us to keep the Notary training and education flowing. With these messages, there were a lot of requests for more & more training. And, thus our evolution as Notary Stars began.  

We knew there were existing training courses already in place, but we wanted to do things differently- we didn't want to just create previously recorded videos and a Signing Agent Certification. Now that we could see how important it was for all Notary Public & Loan Signing Agents to find a positive educational environment and that they would interact we wanted to start LIVE Training courses where Notaries could attend real-time classes or order to ask important questions about Notarial Certificates and Loan Documents. Within the second year of business, we went from three quarterly week-long events, which we call Notary Boot Camps, to LIVE Training Monday through Friday. We also offer phone support to our Notary Colleagues (not students) no matter who they are working with and unlike the National Notary Association, we offer support to our Notary Stars on Loan Documents as well as Notarial Certificates. 

Our vision for those who wish to become Notary Public & Loan Signing Agents now evolves every year as we gain a better understanding of what our Notary community needs. For example, we have seen the swift rollout of Remote Online Notarization in several States in the past few years which has led a few Notaries into trouble because of the lack of education within the industry as a whole. Our reaction to this was to create more ongoing training and bring our colleagues closer together as we wrap our heads around how to adjust our processes with virtual notarizations. 

We consider every single one of our members and site users a stakeholder- and we strive to make you feel that way. We promise you that we will continue to put your interest first and find ways to bring you the best Notary Public signing experiences through fresh and up-to-date mentorship, education, and training. It is our pleasure to serve you and remove the vail of this website by showing you our faces on a regular basis Monday through Friday (and sometimes on weekends) to ensure that all of you are well taken care of!
